Small residential Top-town lot in great commuting location and just a short drive to Lake Gregory! Some years back the lot had a small cabin on the property. Sadly, it is no more. Water, Power, Gas and Sewer are all the street, served by: Crestline Village Water District, Edison, SoCal Gas & Crestline Sanitation. This part of Crestline has some of the more reasonable connection fees on the mountain for water & sewer. Get them both for under $10k!! Feel free to take a look at the lot. Not a bad little parcel to consider. Here are some directions: Crest Forest to Fern, Immediate L onto Deer Trail, Keep L onto Big Oak. Lot is on down-slope on lefthand side of 824 Big Oak.
