Located just half a mile from the beach, 440 Raymond #9 offers classic California charm in the vibrant Ocean Park community, known for its tree-lined streets and walkable access to shops, cafes, and restaurants. This light-filled 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment is located on the elevated ground floor of a well-maintained 20-unit building. The unit features hardwood-style flooring, a spacious living room, and a functional kitchen with ample cabinet storage. Both bedrooms receive excellent natural light and offer generous closet space. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The building includes on-site coin-operated laundry and assigned gated parking located beneath the building. There is no A/C, but tenants may install a portable air conditioner. Tenant pays a flat $88/month RUBS fee for shared building utilities, which include water, trash, and sewer. Electricity, internet/cable, and renter's insurance are also the tenant's responsibility. A Santa Monica Rent Control Fee of $9.50/month is also paid by the tenant. Applicants must show proof of regular income, funds, and excellent credit. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent, plus a $60 deposit for garage remotes. No pets. No co-signers.
