Only one street up, away from Mulholland and all major freeways to take you in any direction. The inside offers all that is different from what you find in a rental. The floor plan is easy to fall in love with. Entertaining areas connect with one another, and there are many oversized windows and French doors. The bathrooms were recently redone. You have to see it to believe it. Both have double sinks and one of them is a Jack and Jill bath. The pool is not only beautiful but the size and shape are made to swim laps if you like to get a workout. The backyard is designed to entertain in style.
