Some of the Kitchen has been remodeled Recessed lights, all cabinets recovered, added additional cabinets, including ones in the patio room, along with bar & water Installed custom oven and microwave, refitted to install refrigerator, and added new desk, new gas stove, and top vent. New overhead fan and light in dining room. Hired a landscape designer to design the backyard. New tile in dining room, kitchen, laundry room, entry room, and both bathrooms. New mirrors and shower glass in both bathrooms. Recoated all tile surfaces in each bathroom. New exhaust fans in each. Window replacements in all back and side bedrooms and the bathrooms. The original front porch glass was replaced in the door and side window. $40,000 roof replacement 2 yrs ago. New rain gutters and side drainage were added in front. New auto garage door The house has been painted twice. Trim - 3rd time in last 2 mos. Garage custom cupboards added. Also storage in rafters, fluorescence lighting, and additional plugs. The driveway widened on the south side. Carriage and well lights added with a timer. New toilets in both bathrooms, “Totos”. Replaced carpet in hallway, bedrooms, and living room (Spare roll in attic) Added smoke detectors, gas & carbon monoxide detectors Modified bedroom closets for more hanging space. Had a new custom mantle installed on the fireplace, also new items such as the windows.
